Privacy
Short, because this site keeps almost nothing.
This website is published by Tyler F.J. Muller, Real Estate Broker with Rain Town Realty, PLLC. It is a static site: it runs no server-side code and sets no cookies of its own.
What the site collects
Nothing, automatically. The contact form opens your own email app with the message you typed; nothing is stored on this site. If you text or call, your number reaches Tyler’s phone only. The theme you choose (evening or daylight) is remembered in your own browser, and never sent anywhere.
Third parties
The map on the contact page is embedded from Google Maps, and the MLS search links open Tyler’s IDX search at search.tylerfjmuller.com; each has its own privacy terms. Links to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Zillow and Google open those services.
Text-message consent
If you give your telephone number, you consent to Rain Town Realty, PLLC contacting you about real estate services by call or text; reply “stop” at any time to opt out, or “help” for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.
Your rights and contact
To ask what Tyler holds about you, or to have it deleted, email tyler.muller@raintownrealty.com or write to 15500 SE 30th Pl #102, Bellevue, WA 98007. Last updated October 14, 2026.
